The Royalmount Development in Montreal

Laurentien Électrique is honored to be an integral part of the Royalmount Development project in Montreal. Slated to open in 2024, this $7 billion center is set to redefine luxury retail and lifestyle experiences in Canada. The ambitious project aims to be 100% carbon neutral, a first of its kind on such a scale in Canadian history. This aligns perfectly with Laurentien Électrique’s own commitment to environmental responsibility.

Scope of Work

We have been awarded the base building electrical contract and are collaborating closely with Pomerleau and other stakeholders. Our responsibilities encompass:

  • Main distribution: Including switchboards, panels, transformers, bust ducts, and generators.
  • Services: Covering plugs, motors, heaters, and more.
  • Lighting: Full-scale implementation.
  • Telecom Systems: Complete setup of telecom system pipes.

Team and Expertise

Our project team comprises over 100 dedicated professionals and continues to grow. This includes:

  • 3 full-time dedicated BIM drawers to visualize and realize the client's objectives.
  • An experienced lineup ranging from project managers and coordinators to superintendents and skilled electricians.
